Come in through the Welcome Hub on Alice Street. Every stall faces the middle, so you can see everything as you walk around the horseshoe, then relax in the central court.

Trade with us

Site fees: $15 per 3×3 m site, $5 for each additional 3×3 m. Paid in cash on the day to a committee member.

Key terms at a glance

• Set up before 7am. No vehicles moving in customer walkways 7am–12pm.
• Park inside Queens Park, not on Alice Street. Keep vehicles 3 m from the bitumen road.
• Bring your own marquee, table and chairs. Weight your stall down securely.
• Only approved products may be sold. Ask the committee in writing to add new ones.
• Food, egg and meat sellers must meet Southern Downs Regional Council local laws.
• Take your rubbish with you. Dogs on leads at all times.
